Light it Up!
Diwali is the Indian festival of lights, a holiday going back 2,500 years. San Antonio is celebrating from home this year, but that doesn't mean you can't light up the night! Activities range from yoga and dancing, to traditional forms of Indian art and ceremony. . This event will also feature celebrity guests and a happy hour! The event is free and open to all.
When: This Sunday, November 8th, 9 am to 8 pm

Feast your Face!
2020 was supposed to be filled with fair food, fun, and games. This year, unfortunately, had other plans, and many of these events were cancelled. The SA Zoo hopes to ease that plan by offering fun fair filled nights! On select nights, the Zoo will offer your favorite fair foods, drinks, and music! Enjoy the fun of the zoo and a fair all in one trip!
When: November 6th through 8th, and 13th through 15th.

Read the Room!
There's nothing like a good book when stuck at home! Join the Texas Book festival from home and get the literary scoop. Many authors will be dropping in to discuss their latest works, including Texan natives Matthew McConaughey and Ethan Hawke. There will also be a virtual exhibit marketplace, so you can snag the coolest gifts while supporting the community. Plus, there's a version just for kids, so if you have a little bookworm at home, they can join the fun!
When: Weekends, November 6th through 15th
